• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Genzee or any other person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the App
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Genzee and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. User Content and Data

Local Data Storage

The App stores data locally on your device, including:

• Reading statistics
• Brightness and color preferences
• App settings

This data belongs to you and remains on your device. We do not have access to this data.

Data Deletion

You can delete all app data by:

• Uninstalling the App
• Clearing app data in your device settings

• Loss of use or goodwill
• Other intangible losses

9. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Change these Terms at any time
• Update the App with new features or bug fixes

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• You must delete the App from your device

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
